SHDC currently has two projects in the province of Batangas: Primera and Primera Rosa, both are located in Sto. Tomas Batangas.

Primera is located in Bgy. San Pedro, Sto.Tomas, Batangas approximately 1 km from the Pan Pacific Highway,
while Primera Rosa is located Bgy. Sta. Teresita, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
Most of the previous projects of SHDC are located in Cavite in the municipality of General Trias. There are around five projects in the municipality of Gen. Trias.
