G and D Realty was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry on 22 March 2016. It is being managed by its Owner and Proprietor, Mr. Danilo B. Galvez and Ms. Mary Grace M. Segovia. Mr. Galvez is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce (BSC) major in Management at the Divine Word College of Legaspi (DWCL), Legaspi City. Likewise, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has seven (17) years working experience in a Real Estate Company in Metro Manila. While, Ms. Segovia has finished Post Graduate in Business Administration at Pamantasang Lunsod ng Muntinlupa. and a College degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) and Bachelor of Science in Commerce (BSC) major in Management at Binalbagan Catholic College in Negros Occidental. Ms. Segovia has worked in a real estate company in Metro Manila as Risk Manager and has ample knowledge about real estate selling.
