                                 Borland Development Corporation was registered with the Securities & Exchange     Commission on March 23, 1990 as a company primarily engaged in real estate development. The business holds its main office at Novaliches, Quezon City with a satellite office based at Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

For almost two decades of operation, the company takes pride in the completion of more than ten subdivisions in the past. Through aggressive sales and marketing thrusts, it boasts of currently developing more than twelve subdivisions in different progressive areas like Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal and Batangas. As of the beginning of year 2008, the company sold more than three thousand housing units. As housing needs of people expands, augmented by low interest rate for housing loans, potential sales and development of new housing programs is projected to rise in the future.

Serving as the moral fibre for all these activities is an excellent, vibrant workforce of more than 200, led by an equally dynamic Board composed of renowned businessmen.
